We at D1 Pet Shop & Clinic want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging products.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Inspect your order carefully: Always check the condition of your order upon delivery. This includes verifying the correct product was received and ensuring there’s no damage or signs of expiration.
  • Report any issues immediately: If you discover any problems, notify the delivery personnel right away. This allows you to reject the product for an exchange or return.
  • Failure to report issues: By accepting the delivery without mentioning any concerns, you’ll be considered to have accepted the product in its delivered condition. This may limit your ability to return or exchange it later.

Exceptions for Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please inform us immediately. We’ll gladly exchange it for the correct one, as long as:

  • The product remains unused.
  • The original packaging and manufacturing seal are intact.

Refunds

  • Delivery failure: In the rare case of a delivery error on our part, we’ll issue a full refund within 7 business days.
  • Order cancellation upon delivery: If you wish to cancel the order upon receiving the product, you’ll be responsible for the delivery fee. The product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. Any advance payment will be refunded within 7 business days after the cancellation or return is processed.

Exchanges

Exchanging a product is possible under certain conditions:

  • Original condition: The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused state. The manufacturing seal must also be intact.
  • Product availability: The desired replacement product needs to be in stock. Our customer service team can help you check availability.
  • Delivery charge for exchange: You’ll be responsible for the delivery cost of the new product.
