Payments
We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bKash, and Nagad. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable delivery fees. We use secure payment gateways to protect your financial information. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT. You will receive an order confirmation email upon acceptance of your order.
Delivery
We offer home delivery services throughout Bangladesh. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Standard delivery within Dhaka typically takes 24 hours, while deliveries outside Dhaka may take up to 72 hours. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We reserve the right to adjust delivery timeframes at our discretion.
For orders outside Dhaka, we may require prepayment of delivery charges to ensure timely and secure delivery. The product cost itself can still be paid using cash on delivery. We may use third-party delivery services. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellation & Modification
We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipping for any reason, including but not limited to product mispricing, out-of-stock items, expired products, damaged products, malfunctioning products, or erroneous product information. Orders can only be cancelled by us at our discretion.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not accept cancellations or modifications without considering the delivery cost and any losses incurred due to the cancellation.
We will contact you to confirm your order after it is placed. You may cancel your order during this confirmation call. Once confirmed, cancellations will not be accepted. If the delivery personnel have already reached your location when you wish to cancel, you will be responsible for the full delivery charge.
We will try our best to accommodate your requests for order modifications, but we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled. Modifications can only be made before the order is dispatched.
You are responsible for ensuring all information included with your order is accurate, including the delivery address, payment information, and product details. Please contact us if any information you provided is incorrect.
Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the purchased product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website or the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or demands related to losses, liabilities, actions, suits, claims, proceedings, costs, damages, judgments, settlement fees, or penalties incurred by any third party.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Bangladesh.
